Hit revenue milestones and you'll be rewarded with commemorative plaques that celebrate your success at Appmax.

How do I know if I earned the bracelet or the plaque?

To qualify, you must meet all of the following conditions cumulatively:

  • Be in good standing.
  • Hit the revenue amount for the reward.
  • Be active on the platform (cannot be without processing for more than 30 days).
  • Use Appmax exclusively as your payment method (credit card, PIX, boleto or payment link).
  • Not have been de-accredited.

Criteria to earn the trips

In addition to hitting revenue milestones, you must meet all of the following conditions cumulatively:

  • Be in good standing.
  • Be active on the platform (cannot be without processing for more than 30 days).
  • Not have been de-accredited.
  • Use Appmax exclusively as your payment method (credit card, PIX, boleto or payment link).
  • Process at least 70% of the total on credit card (PIX and boleto limited to 30%).
  • Have standard rates. Partners with installment rates different from those published on the website may be evaluated by Appmax for experience validation.

Do the revenue tiers count my monthly volume or my total Appmax journey?

They count the sum of all your valid volume on Appmax. That is, your total transacted since your first processed sale, minus refunds, chargebacks and any debits.

I have more than one company and/or store. How are values counted?

Rewards are per producer, considering the sum across all your stores and companies for ConquistaMax participation, regardless of account type (individual or business).

The program just launched and I've already hit some milestones. Do I get retroactive rewards or only future ones?

You'll receive all rewards within your current revenue tier, plus future milestones achieved...

I have more than one company that hit a plaque milestone. Do I get one for each?

No, each producer user receives one plaque. The value across all your companies and stores represents your Appmax revenue for ConquistaMax.

I have a business partner and our company hit a plaque milestone. Do both of us receive one?

No, each producer user receives one plaque.
