Transparency and Pay Equality Report

2nd half of 2025. Explanatory Note.

The disclosure of this Report meets the requirements of Law No. 14,611/2023, regulated by Federal Decree No. 11,795/2023 and by Ordinance No. 3,714/2023, which aim to ensure equal pay between women and men in the same field of activity.

The Report was generated by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE), based on 2025 data sent by Appmax through the Simplified Digital Recording System of Social Security, Labor and Tax Obligations (eSocial). The data includes:

  • The composition of compensation (minimum wages and additional payments) by occupational group;
  • Contractual changes during the period;
  • The analysis and comparison of the salary range between women and men during the period.

It is important to emphasize that the CNPJ number provided in the supplementary questionnaire made available to the MTE in August 2025 implies the issuance of weights for possible discrepancies and, when applicable, possible future adjustments for greater robustness and reliability in the Report.

Additionally, we emphasize that the methodology applied does not consider important variables, such as:

  • Level of experience;
  • Area of training;
  • Overtime, etc.

These factors, according to applicable legislation (art. 461 of the CLT) for defining pay parity reinforce the need for further in-depth analysis of the Report data.

We reaffirm our ongoing commitment to promoting a fair, safe environment free from any type of harassment, with constant advances in policies and practices aimed at equality and equity.
